emphasis on academics, good behavior and syllabus.

Question….
What do you do if your
personal ethos is different from employers? Any comments on this would help,
thank you.
in relation to you question, its got me really think about what if we have a different ethos to our place of work. well i suppose that before you was to start a job you look into the company and what they state there ethics are before you were to apply for it? however i no that this isnt always abided by companys. and people work very differently. It boils back to your personal ethos i suppose. we have all been brought up differently and had different experiances which means our morals in life maybe very different.
ReplyDeleteI have to face this question ever year, even though i am with the same service, i go into different schools. this is an extream dauting and its a part of my job i dread most. There is nothing worse than seeing what you think is bad practice. but what can you do? For me i have learnt to become the middle ground when i go into schools. i act professionally and ensure that i example to them that i no what i am doing and am being extreamly professional. i am extreamly careful about crossing personal boundries and bide my time until i am sure that the person i am working along side with and i are on the same page. do you think is this something you've ever had to do aswel? and simply if they dont, i explain why i am doing things, and only involve myself in what i have gone there to do.
be great to see if you agree with this or if u need me to explain more
